Ellie is an APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist with advanced postgraduate training and extensive private practice experience.
She works with active individuals across a broad range of conditions, with particular interest in tendon rehabilitation, shoulder injuries and ankle instability. Ellie takes a structured and evidence-informed approach to care, combining clear diagnosis, progressive exercise programming and hands-on treatment to support safe return to activity.
Her involvement in football as a referee at competitive levels gives her a strong understanding of the demands of sport and the importance of performance-ready rehabilitation.
Ellie is committed to helping patients not only recover from injury, but rebuild strength and confidence to return to training and competition.
