What is sports
physiotherapy?
Sports physiotherapy is about performance as much as it is about rehab. It bridges the gap between injury management and athletic development helping you train harder, move smarter, and stay stronger for longer.
We focus on finding the root cause of your injury, improving your physical condition through the same techniques used in elite sport, and applying the best available evidence to design your rehab. So you can return to your sport fitter, faster, and in less pain than before.

Who is this for?
Athletes chasing a personal best
Anyone returning from injury
Parents supporting kids through sport
Active adults & weekend competitors
Athletes preparing for an event or season
What to expect
A clear, four-step path from first session to full return.

Force plate and VALD testing to measure progress objectively.
Elite-sport standards, close to home.
Our clinic is home to three APA Titled Physiotherapists, including practitioners with elite sports experience such as our Director, Murray Leyland, who previously served as Head Physiotherapist for the Central Coast Mariners in the A-League.
This means you're seeing physiotherapists recognised with a mark of advanced clinical expertise awarded by the Australian Physiotherapy Association. A rare and prestigious qualification that represents the highest level of professional recognition in our field.
You won't be told to "just stop running" or "take six weeks off." You'll be shown how to load smarter, train better, and come back stronger.
