WorkCover Physiotherapy
If you've been injured at work, our physiotherapists can help you recover safely and return to your normal duties with confidence.
Notify your employer of your injury and intent to receive treatment
Visit your GP for a medical certificate
Provide your claim number before your appointment
Once approved, appointments are billed directly to WorkCover — no gap payments required. If your claim is still processing, you can start privately and be reimbursed once finalised.

CTP (Third Party) Physiotherapy
For people injured in motor vehicle accidents covered under Third Party (CTP) Insurance. Early physiotherapy is important — even mild neck or back pain can worsen without prompt care.
1
Notify the insurer of your injury and treatment intent
2
See your GP for a medical certificate
Provide your claim number once issued
If your claim number isn't yet available, you can still begin treatment privately and be reimbursed later once approved.
Rehab guided by numbers, not feel.
We believe rehab should be measurable, structured and motivating. That's why every VALD assessment is integrated into a personalised rehab plan — built to take you from early recovery to full performance.
On-site private gym for functional & strength testing
On-field & conditioning drills for return-to-sport
MoveHealth App for guided rehab between sessions
Progress reports to track improvements over time
Because real rehab isn't about guessing when you're ready — it's about proving it.
